LIVER KING NOT sleeping well this week but feeling Primal AF in my "dominant man" role...
Liver King is up two pounds!! I dropped all the way down to 176.4 lbs on Tuesday (July 25th, 2023) but inched up to 186 lbs on Friday (fuck loads of salt). Offiicial weigh-in was 184.2 lbs this morning (July 30th, 2023). For reference, I was 202 lbs in late Dec 2022 and 196 lbs Jan 2nd, 2022 when I went to LK 2.0.

Despite not sleeping well, I'm feeling Primal AF in my "dominant man" role... ancestral eating, moving, lifting heavy loads, lots of sun, decent bonding and heaps of fighting (to spread the message). See recovery indicators and lifts below. Mon-Sat was a grind for sure... filming for 126 Ways and more, sweating my dick off all over Texas, doing Barbarian through a pasture at LK Ranch, digging my own grave (literally) and bleeding through Super Barbarian filming pieces. Growth equals gainz!
I retested my Liver King Strict Press Challenge and clocked 9:15 (a huge decline from previous week). I performed my 118th Barbarian (maybe the most Primal one yet). My strength, drive, determination, and zeal for adventure still full send.
Always putting in the reps with my Savage Liver Boys... I sent Stryker to drifting school for the week and focused on Rad's Barbarian training — his first rite of passage when he turns 15 in January. He's light AF so we've increased his calories by 450 per day so that he bolts on 1/2 pound/week. He will gain 12 lbs by mid-January, and he will crush himself, and transform himself when he bleeds through his own Barbarian.
Shy on reps with my Liver Queen... I've let that suffer and it's inexcusable. I will be better, and by that I mean I will take massive action to resume our after-dinner walks, and I'll reach for her hand more. I've also scheduled us a nice trip for end of summer.
Always doing big things as the CEO of the Ancestral Lifestyle... I wrote a 13,000-word document on Toxic Masculinity, filmed a fuckload of good shit, went on two hunts, and I'm proud AF to say I led... affirming my people/tribe with such worth and potential that they are coming to see it in themselves.

- Deadlift: worked up to heavy rack pull fives with 495 lbs
- Squat: failed at 465... WTF??!!
- Bench: technically I had to skip bench this week but did around 7 thousand bare knuckle push ups — life just ain't worth living without a pump!
- Six Pack Centerpiece: 100 sit-ups for time, 5 Murder Medlies, heavy KB and yolk carries... gotta maintain those Liver King ab implants

LIVER KING DIET FOR THE WEEK
* Breakfast, lunch, and dinner get the usual treatment: always getting down on the raw liver, and raw bone marrow... and of course, a full pound of fresh, raw bull testicles/day (since Jan 2nd).
- Breakfast: raw, shell-on, fertilized eggs from Liver King Ranch... Liver Queen's fermented cream, and whatever else LK Chef Lionel puts out for me as well as my Liver King Supplements... Liver King Whole Feast Protein, Liver King Bar, and KING.
- Lunch: a bone-in piece of red meat, black coffee, and my usual staples... Whole Feast Protein, Liver King Bar, and KING.
- Dinner: a delicious pound of cooked carnivore carcass (ribeyes, bone-in strips, bone-in ribs, beef cheeks, tongue, cheese beast burgers made with liver, heart, pancreas, spleen, kidney, and a little bit of muscle meat), testicle ceviche, carbs (primal rice, sweet potatoes, and Paul Bunyan's maple syrup), and my primal AF staples... Whole Feast Protein, Liver King Bar, and KING.
Liver King Snacks:
- a cigar in the afternoon
- 30-push ups every 30 minutes
- 30-kunckle push ups every 2 minutes for a 30 minute stretch before dinner (under the sun, connected to the earth)
- 1000 band pull-aparts
- here and there, I might grab a handful of steroids, JK... still LK 2.0 rock'n the natty, maybe... not for long.
